FRIDAY 27 MAY CELEBRITY CHEF THEATRE 2.30 – 3.15: Lauraine Jacobs

Sensational but simple feasting Lauraine Jacobs loves to entertain and her mantra is: "If food is easy to prepare, it will be easy to eat, and guests will be happy." With that in mind, Lauraine will prepare a stunning but simple three-course meal in 45 minutes that will be easy to replicate at home. Lauraine is a champion of farmers' markets and local artisan food producers and will be using some of the wonderful produce from Wellington in the show.
